I don't like buying anything offline. So besides online where else can I find laptop skins to buy. Circuit City? Target? Staples? wal-mart? the mall? Anyone know of a store?

highly doubt it.
skins are a very "individual" addition (i.e. they vary from laptop to laptop) and i can't see how it would be lucrative for any store to carry the selection of so many different kinds. for example, my toshiba skin won't fit your dell laptop or vice versa.
what you can possibly do is go to the representative of the company you bought it from in your city, and ask them to order it for you, and they would also install it.
to illustrate, my computer manufacturer doesn't have a store in my city, but a different computer-repair shop does all the work (warranty repairs and such) and is in the manufacturer's commission. i'm pretty sure they wouldn't have problems ordering stuff like that from the manufacturer if asked politely :)
but bottom line, it would be much much much easier to simply order it online. and no one will eat you. no boogeyman hiding in online stores :)
