How to Cook Perfect Pork Rinds/Skins?

Today at the supermarket, I bought 20lbs of pork skins (with fat) for $.20 a lb thinking I can make tons of pork rinds just by frying them. That was not the case. My first batch were not crispy and airy like the ones you get in a bag at the gas station. Although they were delicious, they were hard to chew and if I cooked them a minute later, they would of burned. I have my family here each making up ways to cook em, no one has an idea and nor do I. I just couldn't resist 20 cents a lb. Now I have 2 huge bags of pork skins in my fridge.
