I Can't Get The Yahoo Messenger Skins Installed, What is the Procedure?

I Already did This:





Install the skins


Open the .zip file with WinZip.


Extract all the files into C:\. Make sure that "Use folder names" is checked. If Yahoo! Messenger is installed on a different hard drive, replace "C:\" with the appropriate drive letter.


Select Change Skin... from the Messenger menu.





But I Still Can't Change It
