Would "destruction of the skin" be a good AP Studio Art Concentration?

So I'm going to try AP Studio Art (making a portfolio but not submitting), but I'm not really sure about what my concentration should be.

I have been thinking about subjects that revolve around. Would "destruction of the skin" be to broad a subject to explore?

I took AP studio art and while that's actually a specific but interesting topic, make sure that it doesn't get too gruesome and you really push the idea. The big part of a concentration is that you have an original idea that you use as inspiration. There should be a clear either visual or conceptual connection between all your pieces. Sounds to me like you're on the right track, just make sure you really stretch it.
