What can be done about sagging skin in the face?

I want to go send my dad to a dermatologist because he's feeling depressed about his skin he's aged really badly and his skin has been sagging for a while. He doe not want to go for a face lift and nothing with needles... would A chemical peel or a lazer treatment be of any help??? He's also got bags under his eyes... what can be done without surgery or needles???

First of all, I have no idea if this works. I happened to see it on Yahoo news yesterday. It looks a little silly, but if it works, it would be much better than surgery. It might be a good place to start before jumping to drastic procedures.

go for Botox if he dont want surgery its fast and easy ull be done in 30 mins
