I went to your website where you had your question an answers and so that someone ask the same question a year ago. How I tried the response which was to type the address to which the skin must be downloaded to for me to be able to change skins address was C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Shared\Graphics I did that and it downloaded successfully however I am still not able to change skin.
