Very soft layers of Skins are moving out of my Lips. My lips are not dry. This is from past 3 months. I never experienced such things b4. When i woke up i can find this soft layer pulling out. Also if even after taking bath or at work when sit idle for a while .. i feel the same n when i touch my lips inner edge these layers of skins are coming out . What could be the reason ? Couldbe climate problems or ? i am living in dubai.

You're probably not drinking enough water. My lips get slimy like that when I wake up in the morning after breathing in the dry air all night. Be sure to wipe that dead skin off and apply some kind of Chap Stick periodically.
