i saw a lot of nice skins in this website, www.blogskins.com but i tot it wud be beta if i can make one myself.. how do i do it?

You're going to need a layout, HTML/CSS skills (coding), Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop + an idea how to make graphics.





Or you can hire somebody and they'll do it for you - it's what I did.
