because i've tried to plugg it out, then shave it, and etc. you name it. but now, it's just a disaster and yet there seems to be one or two pimple like popping up too.

try a body wash with lotion added to it, to use before you shave. Johnson and Johnson the baby soap, works well. Then afterwards, Dove deoderant works well to keep your skin soft, which will help. After a few weeks you should see good results.
If shaving doesnt help any, then try using a razor with only one blade, or try waxing.

Sounds like to me that you might need to change the deodorant that you use!!! I use Dove, cause it has 1/4 moisturizer!!! it woks really good, it is also an invisible solid!!!
I had a problem with my pits turning a dark color......and when I started using dove they turned back to normal...
If this doesn't work I would see a dermatologist!!!
